At the heart of The Nightingales Nursing Home is our highly skilled team of Health Care Assistants and Nurses that make the difference. We invest in our team to ensure they are trained to provide the high standards of care that our Residents and their families should expect.
Our management team and staff are passionate about supporting families and you are welcome at any time to discuss any aspects you might be struggling with.
One of the key areas to ensuring our residents have the best quality of life is to create a plan of care that is as individual and person-centred as possible. Our aim is to make a real and lasting difference to the people we support by achieving positive outcomes and enabling as normal and fulfilling a life as possible.
